I made the order on Black Friday with the offer “free body wash and body scrub”. When I received my parcel I was really surprised what Exp date of body wash is Feb 2021 and Exp date of body scrub is March 2021. Customer service told:” The body scrub and body wash were given as free gifts with purchase because of the short expiration date. The product itself is completely safe to use after the expiration”. It so pity to receive such not fresh products from the official store and I’m so disappointing with the answer from Customer Service Team that “The product itself is completely safe to use after the expiration”. It’s unbelievable service!
